Complete Bolt Kits?

You can get adhesive foam strips at any local auto parts store. You can even go with the rubber foam if you like (more durable), but that's your decision to make.

So is swatting a fly with a sledge hammer. I am actually thinking about replacing all my bolts for Ti ones eventually. I dont think its worth it either BUT I just like to have it done. But its gonna be done over a period of time. First of the screen bolts are going followed the fairing. until I can find a disadvantage of having Ti bolts except the price I will start soon.
