Pho...ehhh, I dig it, other dishes I prefer but not to take away from the thunder of Pho, it's good stuff. Here, they serve slices of meat of your choice, fresh basil leaves, noodles and some other stuff, and a kettle of boiling water. You make it to your own liking, more of this, more of that.......

Man, I had a morning like that once.
Except I'm sitting dead center under the tip of the V, I pop the lead bird perfectly, its wings fold up, and down it comes.
the rest follow it down maybe 30 feet or so, then like 15 feet off the ground it starts flying again, and everything flys away.

I only wanted 1 bird that morning, and it kinda sucks, because I could have easily nailed two more birds, the way they were coming down.

Another time, I was hunting with 3 friends, and all of a sudden 30 yards behind us a flock of Canadians come flying out from behind some bushes (we had been there for an hour and had no idea they were there...) I took out 7 of them with one shot (not all dead, but at least wounded enough to not fly)
We had to go around and execute those not dead, I got everyone's limit for them. They were kinda mad that they didn't get to shoot anything (well.. except blowing their heads off on the ground) but happy that they went home with a bird.

I love hunting... almost as much as fishing.

You guys are into your Christmas eve, now 4:00pm here & the last of the rellies are out the door, although my mother & father in law are here till Saturday. Just watched 4 kilos of prawns, two chickens, leg of ham, 6 home made Pida's, salads & breads + pud, get wiped out in an orgy of gluttony.
I'm 2/3 *****d, but still have a half carton of beer to go. Going to back up for our 2nd dinner about 6:00pm (family tradition). Cheers! (fer beers)
