11:15pm ..wrestless ..fidgety ...sigh ...just trying a couple of glasses of red wine and a mooch about the forums to see if I settle ...
anyone got any ideas to sleep rather than popping sleeping pills which I have never done and don't intend to start??

lay on the couch and have the radio on softly.

 

lots n lots of hard core sex

 

oh or work on the bike

 

if that don't work than comes plan B

Grab the BF and give the bed a work out.

 

sometimes if I run really really fast with my head leaning forward and run into a wall it makes me go to sleep for a long time.

but what do I know......especially after doing that.

 

Hey I like the red wine thing myself...... but the doctor told me to use benadryl, it makes you sleepy and is non-adictive. Just dont take too much or you feel hung over the next day.

Ahh hell drink a few more glasses of wine...enjoy the weekend...and celebrate wildcard making TSgt.!!!!! Well at least that's what I'm going to do.

Actually I like to have a beer while setting on the porch/pattio and enjoy the sound of nature while I enjoy a safe and relaxing buzz. It's at that point me and mother nature get along the best. Here in So. Cal she like to beat me day in and day out with 40-70 mph winds. So anytime I can talk to her calmly is good!

 

yea benadryl puts me out like a light... for a hour or two then I am wide awake again. [:@]
