It is unfortunate that here in America we have found ourselves a, "need" for our law enforcement to act the way they do. The truth is, it's just as much the people's fault for police brutality as it is the po-po's in America.

It's also strange how no living American has ever not know their LEO's to carry firearms. The UK seems to get by without them and they've got those crazy, "football fans," lol.
