Road America
Ah, spring is upon us. With World Superbike having two rounds in the books and Daytona happening right now, track days are not too far behind.
Signed up for the first track day of the year, May 10 @ Road America. My favorite track.
Now I just need to finish the work on the CBR. With luck it will be done this weekend except for new tires.

RE: Road America
sixhundredrr - you running in the Le Mans Series? Road A is the greatest for all forms or racing!
Jaybird - Ah, at least you can make it this month. Winter is holding on here. Only managed 30 miles of ride time this year so far. Haven't been on track since August last. Only saving grace was being able to ride until late November.

Cool. All those tracks you listed are really nice tracks. An annual event for us is June and the AMA races at Road America. So I will back up there in June. We use to get Media Credentials but last year they tolds us we are no longer "Major Motorcycle Media". I had a rough time going back to spectator. I have fought back tho - bought a bigger lens .

RE: Road America
Jason,
They do in July. The 7th & 8th following July 4 weekend. It is the last they have for RA too. They have 1 following the AMA races on June 9th. Probably thinking why I'm not doing the June. I really didn't want the bikes sitting for three days on a trailer, stressing the suspension and being a target for theft.
I was sad that PTT didn't have a RA this year but they are a smaller company and the larger tracks cost more.

Kim,
Yea I saw that... But I'll be at Road A pretty much that entire week already: the 1 & 2 with NESBA, 4, 5 & 6 with CCS ... by that time I'm going to be exhausted. I was going to do the day after the AMA, but I'm already doing pitcrew work and will probably want to be getting home to my family.
