I bought an xbox 360 elite online the other day. It was $494.37 after shipping, cheaper than it would be after tax if i went to a department store like best buy, and i would have to pay like $10 in gas to get to the store and back home. So im stoked, because the sight i bought it from said it was in stock and everything. I go check the next day and they're out of stock, and i send them an email to check if im getting mine in the mail, and nothing comes back. I called today and they have no record of me purchasing the xbox. But I have the paypal e-check going thru, and its debted to my bank account. Is ok that im slightly annoyed?

yea you need to get that **** cleared up fast . how do they not have a record of your purchase yet they took your money anyways! sometimes i swear id rather pay the extra moneyt o be able to buy it now and have it in hand instead of just wait nd hope it gets to me soon

 

Keep an e-papertrail for all this, you have either 15 or 30 days to file a complaint through paypal, so make sure things get wrapped up quick, or file a claim and let it get sorted that way.
