I just love the look of all of the buildings over there, Jules. How old do you reckon this one is. They all look so sturdy. Are they all made out of brick and stone? From some of your other pictures, it looks like lumber is probably at a premium over there...lol. Once again,beautiful picture Jules.

 

All the cottages around here are really very old ...so many are from the 16th and 17th centuries ..we dont like change here ..lol ... truly the world doesnt know we exist here, if the locals catch me doing this I will be run out of town!! .. we also like to keep outsiders just that ;-) .. have you seen "American Werewolf in London" ... loved that film ... well, if you walk into the pub here, everyone stops drinking, playing darts and turns round and stares at you, seriously, we are just that kinda place ..lol

Now, if you like these buildings, you aint seen nothing yet ..I have only let the forum have a mere glimpse of this place really ..I am going to get all my best pics and put them in one post, I didnt realise all this stuff was such a novelty to you guys ..also have a much nicer shot of this building too without the bike and from a wee bit down the lane ..its beautiful :-)

kewl breeze....speaking of the Palms...ever been on the top floor balcony bar? Called the Ghost Bar....man that place is cool. had a catered party there once from Toyota.....craziness.
