Best way to ship plastics
See, The boxes I had were packed with a lot of packing and all where oversized. Thats why so much. But not havin the upper will save you atleast $75 the way I did it.

I don't have uppers, just lowers and tail pieces. $220 to send? Seriously?! I sold the damn things for $235. I hope it doesn't cost more than $50.

PAck all the fairings, except the upper and tail in one box, and then the uper and tail in their own. When I shipped mine they were about $220. sucked but they were big boxes.

Go to the post office. They have a better price. Make sure you put insurance and track the parts. Put those packing peanuts in the box. Put the parts in a box that still has room left then fill the rest of the box with the peanuts. I just ship out my fairings and my gas tank this way. The post office was about $7-$10 cheaper even with the insurance and tracking.
