Audiophiles Unite!
I want a new TV still. Still running on my old *** 10 year old 27" SD. Klipsch are badass BTW, but I like my also old as hell, well, maybe 8 years, KLH 5.1 setup. All indicidually purchased, no box kits, 12" fronts, 8" rears, three-way center channel, and 12" powered sub, all pushed by a 700W Sony STR receiver. Been running this setup for as long as I have had it, everything works great, only on my 2nd receiver (channels started to not work, which made 5.1 a horror).Hey Blue, whats the addy, I need a new LCD, and it looks like you guys have one, or two, to spare!

Sweet topic, I'm a huge HT fan too. Here's my living room with homemade sub, Adire Audio Brahma 12", 3.5 cubes tuned to 25 hz, it's in the corner. B&Ws 602 fronts and center, Paradigm surrounds, Marantz receiver, Xbox 360, Home Theater PC, Samsung 61" DLP, Dish Network HD DVR.
Another shot, had to get Kitty in there.
One more shot, had to get a piece of my helmet in the pic.
Early build of Subwoofer...
Basement theater, 92" custom painted screen, Infocus Screenplay 4805 projector, Yamaha Receiver, Ascendant Audio MTMs front and center, Ascendant Audio MTs surround, custom sealed subwoofer with 4 12" Acendant Audio Assasins, Dish Network HD Receiver, comfy sofas.
Close up of sub.
That is a very nice system you have there. I would love to have a set up like that but living at an apartment it would **** way to many people off. I can't even use my current set up to its potential before people start bitching.
Thanks, I'm lucky to have cool neighbors and live in a cul-de-sac, I haven't had any complaints yet and at times I crank it pretty loud to the wee hours in the morning. Now if I can only get some hoes to come over.
