They have a hud thing you can get as an add on for your helmet....It several hundred dollars and throws us your speed. At least i remember seeing it no clue what it was called.

 

interesting, BMW has one i posted about back in april. i dont think it is the same one though.

There was more info on the helmet on that page at one time. It does not seem to be there anymore. Only the pics.
