last week i read an article about an f3 developed by a motorsport division and now i cant find it anybody that can help?

they did the following:
keihin flatslide 37mm carbs
ignition advance 4 degrees
full micron system
2litre bigger carbon fibre intake

and got 105BHP at the wheel

if anyone can link me to it i want to show it to a few people who think im talking nonesense and i have googled for hours to find it again.
