RE: article
i live in fl and always wear a helmet if oldschool bikers wanna go around crashing and dropping dead its no skin off my back sounds horrible but its the way i feel. not wearing a helmet doesnt make them more dangerous! there should be more strict control on the minimum insurance for helmetless riders though! if you ask me its just another reporter trying to sell their story to the meadia to get ppl in a hype about something

RE: article
that article was pointless. it had no direction whatsoever. it wasn't to appeal the reversal for a helmet law and it wasn't to lobby support to ban bike week. all it said was that 18 bikers died during bike week and some of them weren't wearing helmets. big deal. i really don't see a point behind this guy's useless rambling.

RE: article
How many of those bikers would have died whether or not the bike week was held? I dont get it... Motorcycles are dangerous, yes... but wear your gear and you significantly reduce your chance of dieing... let alone injuries... use your head, and youll avoid being these statistics for the general public to scold.... that simple...

RE: article
how is this at the expense of the public anyway? hey, everyone knows they should be wearing their gear, if you dont thats your own dumbass fault. i wear my gear all the time; helmet, gloves, jacket, pants, boots. EVERYTIME! Once again, the entire motorcycle world summed up on the actions of the bad apples.
