Anyone Else Been Hitting The Gym?
Ive only been at it for 4 months, and sadly I dont have any before pics... but here is after 4 months, still have a lot to gain though I was 140, now im 150
ide like to see 170-180 but well see how things go
dont ask me why my eyes are closed.... i told my buddy i was praying please lord let me look big in this picture...

regardless though my arms are almost as tall as my waist is thick so i guess its progress haha
^^^ and of course in this second picture i had to pull some sort of sweet puff my bottom lip out face....
i guess you can kind of use this for comparison lol

_Z_ your arm looks like getting bigger compare to your wedding pic. although you had long sleeve on in that pic, you looked slim. I've been stacking a bit just because I want to ride whenever I have little time, but yea, it's been part of my good adult life. I live in bikinis all the times so that helps me to get motivated. I don't focus on my weight. I just focus on the muscle/fat combination. I can weight heavier than what I look when I lift

yea i typically work out 5-6 nights a week with my wife, shes trying to get get in tip top bikini shape as well, she keeps going back and forth on doing a fitness competition once she is where she wants to be
i unfortunately cant balance fat and muscle as i have to fat i know everyone is like i wish i didnt have fat, but it makes building muscle extremely difficult

This was at the start of lifting last summer 6'2" - 160 lbs.:
Here was right after my first bulk up to 200.
I cut down to 180, but never took any pics. I'm coming to the end of my failed bulk and going to cut up for summer after my birthday on the 9th. Pics will follow. This should be made into a pic progress thread.
