Default Anyone Else Been Hitting The Gym?

Ive only been at it for 4 months, and sadly I dont have any before pics... but here is after 4 months, still have a lot to gain though I was 140, now im 150

ide like to see 170-180 but well see how things go


dont ask me why my eyes are closed.... i told my buddy i was praying please lord let me look big in this picture...

THEN

FAIL haha...

regardless though my arms are almost as tall as my waist is thick so i guess its progress haha



^^^ and of course in this second picture i had to pull some sort of sweet puff my bottom lip out face....


i guess you can kind of use this for comparison lol

i hit the gym everyday, its part of our tuition so might as well use it

i weigh 165

currently my goal is to get a benchpress of 265

right now im at 240

_Z_ your arm looks like getting bigger compare to your wedding pic. although you had long sleeve on in that pic, you looked slim. I've been stacking a bit just because I want to ride whenever I have little time, but yea, it's been part of my good adult life. I live in bikinis all the times so that helps me to get motivated. I don't focus on my weight. I just focus on the muscle/fat combination. I can weight heavier than what I look when I lift

pic is too small, but looks good from what i can see. (not you, z) no one cares about you after yummi's post. lol

yea i typically work out 5-6 nights a week with my wife, shes trying to get get in tip top bikini shape as well, she keeps going back and forth on doing a fitness competition once she is where she wants to be

i unfortunately cant balance fat and muscle as i have to fat i know everyone is like i wish i didnt have fat, but it makes building muscle extremely difficult

haha true but it is easier to build muscle out of fat, than trying to build muscle with no fat

I'm dieting right now so I lift 5x a week and do cardio 5-6x a week on top of that.

Funny... you didn't even noticed my typo. I typed "grain" not "gain" Dumb jap

Do you lift heavy? You aim for weight that you can just make the 10? or going easy?
