That's too bad yours was like that. Was it a one-off or have you just not ordered anything from them since. Prices are great (especially right now) and their shipping was 3 days - including the day I placed my first order (in the AM).

 

Me too. I have nothing buy good things to say about them. Got my Pirellis quick too. I ordered my slip-on from there and made sure I was fully aware they didn't stock it and had to order it. I got that rather quickly too.

 

+1 on good buys. Many purchases from there w/ no problems. I'll be ordering a new jacket soon (Just can't make up my mind which one I want).

btw, I didn't mean on my post that I have anything against'em, actually I would (and have) recommend them to anyone.

One small thing I will complain about though is on my latest purchase attempt this past week, I clicked their new "LOW PRICE GUARANTEE" link which had no other disclaimers than that you must send them a valid link to the product offered for a lower price than theirs and they will match it. I wanted to buy a jacket that newenough offered for the exact same price except they had a promo going on that gave you 15% additional off by just placing a code in the promo box (this was not a separate coupon or anything and they have the code on their own site on the very page where you buy the jacket) .. superstores response was "sorry, we don't match coupons. listed prices only" WTF kind of "LOW PRICE GUARANTEE" is that? But I'd still buy from them, just a bit disappointed at that.
