I bought a set of Pirelli tires for my ninja 250 and it took 4 weeks to get them.
1. They dont always have/or even carry instock what they sell.
2. They dont tell you if the item is in stock.
3. They dont tell you if they have to order the item straight from the factory so they can get them in, then they can ship them out.
Soooooooooo if a company can't communicate with a customer then they are not a good company.

I order from them all the time with no problems / no complaints .. they are a bit slow compared to others though. If you're asking because of the "free shipping LIMITED time" b.s. don't worry, it's always available, they just keep renewing the expiration date as a gimmick to get people to place orders faster.
