I don't but if someone wants to try it themselves I'm more than happy to tell them where to get the stuff to do it and even help tell them how

I do beleive i share 99% of the time... but after I spend a lot of hours of my time looking for a specific part, then spend the money out of pocket to test the part/parts

I think my time and research is worth the money

Common JP, you know just as well as anybody else on here that he always helps out. You know he's got a garage full of bikes that he's lights on for forum members, friends, etc. If you were doing that, would you tell people where to get parts and such from? Kinda defeats the purpose of trying to run the business don't it?

No hard feelings but...

I do use the forum to market my work and I do work for other members as well but if someone wants to know how something is made or done I'm happy to give up my information. If I was paying for the privilege of advertising my work I'd see things differently.

That's my opinion anyway.

youde be willing to give up your information (but not your expertise)... but would you be willing to allow people to use your works machine shop? or hypothetically if it was yours, your machine shop?

and hours of your time? doubtful

i have messaged all the correct people on the forum i beleive, about becoming a vendor or supporter

and have received no messages back (because this site is not operated like others hence why the vendor section is DEAD)

and am yet to get any responses, so whats a guy gonna do

Pardon my irritability. It's 65 degrees outside and I can't ride. Lol. No problems with you sharing your work z. I like to see what other people are doing. I also like to know how it's done and that's why I'm curious as to where those lights came from. Lol
