American Chopper
Yep, I swapped my V-Star 650 cruiser for my F4i as well. Started out on sportbikes (GSXR400RR) and somehow the sportbikes fit me better...but I'll be going back to custom cruisers probably next year.
Good on you for being safe. Me...I'm a rebel and I've dodged bullets and car bombs, so my sense of invincibility is still pretty high. That and if I go to meet Saint Pete doing something I love, well...can't ask for anything better. Thanks for being safe, tho'

Agreed. Indian Larry was one of the best. I always liked watching when all the cruiser greats would compete to see who could come up with the most (functional) wild design before bike week.
cool show...its pretty cool watching the work they do, really makes you want to go pick up a tig and some sheet metal and go at it....until you realize you suck ...and you burn yourself alot.
still, like you guys said, the riding position of a chopper just isn't for me. I have a hard enough time on a cruiser without having my feet behind me, i could only imagine what it would feel like trying to take a corner with my hands up at eye level and my feet forward[&:]

Never ridden one... just looks like some sort of midevil torturing device where they take a rope to each limp and pull till you scream. Least thats the pain it looks like some of those guys are in
Love the show, love the LOOK of the bikes. Seems to me that a little more time thinking about ergonomics would be a blessing.
Never ridden one, but I sat on one for a couple of minutes at a show, and in just that short time I could feel my hands wanting to fall asleep.

I like biker build off alot more than the OCC stuff. Great looking bikes but I get enough stupid drama at home and i'd rather not listen to them whine about how rough their lives are. They need something like superbikes but no full of squids on their R1's.
the show is entertaining just as almost any reality tv show is, but that does bother me alot how they dont wear any gear unless its cold, barely a skull cap if anything, makes everyone think its ok and its not. i also like the more aggressive riding position.
lol...mikey is funny.
