Doesn't look like much patty for a double burger... I'm just sayin'.

Here's a guy attempting the Quadruple Coronary Challenge at a local burger hole, Mojo's.

Yes, the guy was a paramedic. Even drove the ambulance up there and brought backup just in case.

And another locally famous burger joint worth mentioning, down in Hotlanta: The Vortex. One of those places that's as much about atmosphere as it is food.

It's the restaurant that eats you back!

it has a bun/meat/those center bun things like on a big mac/meat/top bun, but yeah they could always be bigger!

So last night I whipped up a quick dish. I call it sunset chicken.
Boil 1 1/2 pounds of chicken breasts after cutting them into 1 inch chunks
place them into a 5qt baking pan
cover with one can of cream of mushroom
place slices of Swiss to cover the top of the chicken
add stuffing to cover the entire dish in a 1/4-1/2inch layer
cover with aluminum foil and place into the oven 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes, remove aluminum foil and return to oven for about ten minutes or until the stuffing just starts to get crispy on top.
Remove and enjoy!

Last night I added green beans and cottage cheese followed by a twist ice cream cone with sprinkles.

Hey, that food looks amazing! I love finding great local spots like this. I wanted to mention something that might make dining even more convenient at places like Daddy’s Main Street — the pay at the table devices. They’re becoming more popular, and for good reason. These devices let customers pay their bill directly at the table, which can speed up the checkout process and reduce wait times for both customers and staff. Plus, it’s more contactless, which is great for hygiene. It’s just a small tech upgrade, but it really helps streamline the dining experience, especially when the place gets busy.
