Yeah seems like I remember having more storms as a kid...

+1 Its funny how that seems to happen.

I am originally from Sacramento CA and I remember every year we would get some pretty cool thunder/lightning storms.
As a kid I would ride my bike up to the crest of a overpass. I could see down a train track for miles at this location. I would sit there for hours sometimes watching the storms come in. Thunder/lightning storms always amazed me as a kid. Wish we would get some up here in Seattle more often.
