there is a guy local selling a 99 900rr in stunt form(no fairings n stuff). bad petcock...he wants 1000 for it all but said would part the needed parts for a shoehorn swap on my f2...should i make this my winter project?

Anyhow i would have to say no, going to be a lot of trouble and work.

 

are you saying your going to engine swap, or just buy it and have a 2nd bike.

i would say just get the bike if you have 1000 dollars sitting around.

i think the engine swap woud notmake a whole lot of sence, you might as well fix up the 900, it would be less work.

 

Engine swap made more since to me because there is no title for the bike...doesn't come up stolen..but he has no title...i already had to deal with a screwy title with my f2...don't want to go through that whole fiasco again.

But it would be nice to have two bikes
