Broken leg, shattered knee, multiple fractures in his hands and rash. Still no visitors due to sedation and risk of infection.

Ok, just heard from my friend. Broken leg, shattered knee and fractured hand is correct. Broken arm as well. Rash all over because he wasn't wearing his jacket His helmet saved his life. He has it in his room cause his mom went and picked it up from the state police. Says it's pretty ****ed up. I'll see tomorrow

What happened:
He was in the right hand lane, approaching an exit off I95. It wasn't a right lane must exit lane. Guy in the lane to the left decided he needed to take that exit and went straight across. Said he never saw Darnell in the right hand lane. Darnell tried to avoid by going into the shoulder but the guy kept coming. Highside off the guy, slide and tumble.

He's done riding. His wife and his mother banned riding flat out, regardless of his bike's condition. Though he's expecting the bike to be completely totalled.
