I attend Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University which alot of ATC guys come ,from most of my friends are ATC. It's a very stressful job but I haven't met anyone who has killed themselves yet.I'm not sure where they get that stat from .I used to be friends with a guy who graduated as business aviation and he killed himself .He was the only suicide. But business aviation does suck ,so the field of aviation may have contributed to that.

 

It's only stressful if you make it stressful. Weak minded people shoot themselves. Not I. (no offense)

 

Ah, good ol' shady J! haha, how long have you been there, like all your career? its hard getting out of bases like shady J when you only have like 5 bases stateside to choose from. Whats your job rvizzle? I was back shop avionics (CMS).
