Sorry to vent guys/gals. I am in the Air orce and holy crap, have my hours changed. I run a weaponsload crew (we put bombs on planes and fix weapons systems problems) but bottom line I'm beat!!!I'm the only crew available and have been expressing my concerns to get another crew up for about 5 months! It would help my crew members to get time off and spread the work ya know!? Any how I've been workingthe last 3 weeks non stop andneed a break! In fact because of our load a guy ran over my left foot/ankle/shin and almost broke my junk. You wanna talk about a tough ride home!!! Not his fault, just tiredmen on a tired work load I guess! My Ankle is ok but my knee is jacked up. Tough to shift right now, and even tougher to say no to the work. Hell just me being tired/sore/ and not wanting to quite riding. That's all.

Hope ya feel better, glad in my career field they are required to give me 12 hour breaks after a 10 hour workday. Should look into cross training into Air Traffic Control, also I'll be PCS'ing to Nellis in September.

When I was stationed out at Schriever, they used to change our shifts ever 2 months. So everytime I managed to adjust to a new sleep schedule, the shift changed.

 

Doesnt Air Traffic Control have the highest suicide rate?
