Want to calculate wind chill and stuff for your daily temp vrs windchill at speed? Go ===>HERE<===
it's 14 degrees here right now. according to that calculator, if i get her up to 250 miles per hour, i'll be riding warm at 80 degrees...

gotta love friction... unless it's um, "that" kind of friction...

I love riding more than anything else in life, but I also like to be comfortable while doing it. There is alot of salt on the road here and that stuff will eat the bike right up and if you hit the loose salt it's like gravel on the pavment.

Well have fun out there and I will be in my car with the heat on high.

I busted my drivers side window out in my truck Tuesday night, had to ride into work the next morning early. That sucked enough. Also to much snow in Maine for bikes right now.

haha yeah, i hear ya. im pretty comfortable though. only thing that i hate is having to wear my head sock/bacalava (sp?). that thing takes atleast 3 tries to get it how i want it under my helmet, lol.

and BigPops, i just spent $35 on some kickass cold weather gloves from A*. they are the drystar ones. they keep my fingers waaaaaaaarm, even if they did get chilly......my glove liners will fit inside them

here ya go RichB, this guy is excellent to work w/ aswell. definately recommend him, plus his prices are damn near unbeatable! im going to be ordering a $550 jacket for $465!!!!!!!!

these gloves are by far the best thing if you cant get the grip warmers. 12deg this morning, i had to throw my glove liners in them but i got to work w/ warm fingers! love these gloves!!!!!!

I can ride till about 0 using my snowmobile gear and its decent, but the salt on the roads and the blowing snow dont cut it.

lol yeah I'm kind of a wimp... I have grown up my entire life in the south where it's only cold like 2 months outta the year... so 55 and under represents about 15% of the entire year... I'll hang it up for that
