Yeah the new one came out but if you don't have a Costco membership no gopro for you !

 

Just so people know, GoPro has a very strict MAP policy. Unless you're sponsored, you won't find a deal on them.

BTW, pitsvtec, make sure of which GP3 model you're getting. If it's the base model GoPro 3, it's not really worth it imo as it's the equivalient of the first GoPro with wifi and better resolution. The Silver model and Black models are the only ones that I'd consider actual upgrades. We've got 5 GP2s left at $199 and just got in the silver edition GoPro 3.

 

I'm not investing. Don't need to waste my monies.

 

Find a friend at bestbuy to give you a employee discount I got a hero 3 black edition with the suction cup mount and a battery pack for 360 dollars.

 

No...I don't have the desire for more technology.
