Talking Route VA 211 GoPro

Couple videos of me and DammitMike and our friend on a 675 triumph on route 211.

First time on the road so getting to know the lines / turns.

Tried a couple different angles... and one pretty funny cop one. hah.

All the videos are two lanes going up, and 1 lane going down each way.

the going down parts are a little slow because of traffic. Anyways enjoy - let me know what you think.

Lot of my leg, but the hard lefts are pretty cool. need to perfect this angle some if i'm going to continue to shoot like this.

This one is my favorite I think.

Ha ha ha, had the cop pulled you over? Or pulled in just as you were about to leave? And why did he pull you guys over? (If that's the case)

I was about to take off and he was coming down, hit his lights and pulled in the parking lot I was in.

We'd seen a group of bikes pulled off to the side of one of the more aggressive turns a few runs - apparently one of their group had crashed.

We had just seen a black R1 go by - the cop asked me if i'd had a "spill" you can hear him ask in the video. Said a black bike had gone down and thought it was me.

I assume they were trying to find him to give him a ticket - like the dude isn't already having a bad enough day.

The good part. Right where it meets Skyline drive. Where the

"Motorcycles: High Crash Area Next 3 miles"

Signs are.

No kidding.

That was my first time out that way (second time for Mike I think). You should meet up with us sometime.

That riding was sick.

I was going to hit that mountain section today but ended up hitting some other roads I like that I haven't been on in awhile. Best thing about living in this area my entire life, I know most of the good roads, even though the leaf gawkers can still manage to find some of them.

You have to watch out for the county brownies and the staties around here, don't have much else going on but traffic violations so they like to hide.

That is pretty awesome, it takes us a little over an hour to get out that way. We'll definitely try to let you know next time we head out there, those roads are so much fun.
