Hello CBRForum,


What a great wealth of knowledge contained within this website. Thank you to all who have contributed to the benefit of others. I am 45, married, and live just outside Portland, Oregon, in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. I was lucky to pick up my latest treasure, a 1993 CBR 1000F, while visiting my family in Washington State a couple of years ago. I saw her on Craigslist, and after setting eyes on her, laid out some cash, signed by the X, and my first ride with her was down the Columbia River. Wow, What a ride... 3 1/2 hours later, she was home. I have looked at several posts over the last 2 years, for help on maintenance and finally had to say, "Thank You", to the members. I know from reading that this is a family, a brotherhood of owners, riders, and fans of one of the best, timeless, motorcycles that has ever been produced, and they still, 20 something years later, get the looks. I look forward to more posts in the future... I will post up some pictures as soon as I am able to post them up...
