If being a beginner means your a squid, then I'm proud to be one. You can't talk poorly about someone who just got into your sport as a beginner because the love to rideas long as they abide by the law. I agree with the latter meanings (ie. dangerous or erratic riding in traffic) but...I just got my first bike and I wear a helmet, gloves, jacket, usually jeans and sneakers so far and I think I have enough protection to ride safely and comfortably. So from one squid to another...see you out there.

wow, some sense from a n00b. Old post but YaY a rarity lol. Side note to to any future bored out of your mind digging thru old post peeps. tennis shoes=not safe. Too easy to get knocked off, come untied etc. At a minimum over the ankle boots/shoes. tuck laces in so not to get caught on anything (it happens, ALOT). Other than that not much to add w/o lecturing lol.
