and BTW - I don't think anything with a Rad swap out would actually stop a CBR starting ...

Welcome to the forums!! :-)
If it ran before the swap it should run now too .. so logic dictates a wire must have been knocked off during the swap, check all the ignition coils and wires going to them :-)
