Philly member stopping by
Hello everyone. I just bought a 2002 cbr 600 today with 18000 on the clock. To be honest I'm very scared of the thing. I took it for a test spin and it is quick. This is my first bike and I already dropped it coming into my driveway, but thank god my leg took most of the damage.
Most of us have dropped a bike at one point....
Just watch you don't bitch your leg up too much, you kinda need that!
You can always get another bike.... lol...
Welcome to the forums, bud, and congrats on the new bike!
Just take it slow, and you'll catch up to the bike a bit...
Nice to see another fellow PA rider.. I'm west of you, in South Central, PA....south of Shippensburg.
Enjoy the ride and be safe!

Seems like Philly is picking up riders. Just got here myself.
Myself and at least 1 friend (possibly another) are signed up for the MSF Basic Riders Course starting Aug 26th at the Sautter's Cafe location. As they say tho, the more the merrier
Welcome aboard

Welcome aboard Philly...gald to have you here
Just take it easy & you'll be fine..the F4i is an easy bike to ride...and ride fast.. so keep your wits about you and you'l be comfortable riding it in no time.
Be sure to take a MSF course if you haven't already.
Everyone drops their bike at one time or another so dont feel bad.
RIde safe & keep the rubebr side down
