Default Overheating in Ptown, new to the forum!!!

I'm new to riding and this forum so I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Ryan and I'm from Vancouver WA /Portland OR, if you live in the area get a hold of me. I am always making great times. I recently bought an 02' cbr945rr and figured it would be great to have a strong community of knowledge behind me for future reference. This forum has already answered several questions for me so I decided to join.

As I mentioned I am new to the scene and am looking for any advise or suggestions. If there is any gear, parts, tips, or tricks that any of you have learned please feel free to drop some wisdom on me. Thanks and I am glad to be here.

Here is a pic of myself and the bike. I just got it registered and am currently in search of a insurance company (mine will not insure this type of bike). Once I kick this pesky overheating issue (hopefully just a fluid flush) the sky is the limit lol

very nice 954 ryan; welcome to the forum. not to take anything away from this site, but there's also a fairly active board specifically for the local northwest crowd you might want to check out, if you haven't already. Not the wealth of CBR info you find here, but it could help you connect with more riders in your area.

Welcome to the Forum Ryan. A little water wetter in there might help your cooling
woes. Enjoy the Forum
