Finally got to take the bike out in nice weather yesterday and had a blast! Two weeks and 250 miles down.

I do have some newbie questions about tuning the suspension. I understand the concept of compression and rebound, but was wondering if there are some good practical tests for knowing when these are set properly? Also, is there any way to add an inch or two to the height? Being 6'2', my knees are still bent when i put my legs down.

hope everyone is having a good weekend
