My names dan i JUst bought a 01 cbr f4i. i love it. It needs a new front fairing, speedometer bracket and headlight. anyone know where to find these cheap online. Or a few of my friends said only get honda cause some aftermarket dont mount up right a anyone have an opinon on them? thankss

 

well lemme be the first to say welcome and na you dont need all oem parts... ebay parts work fine for most things

as for a fairing stay though you will need oem most likely, but for fairings you can get auctmart and delkevic fairings. They are almost perfect oem fit and much cheaper

ebay headlights work great too

Yeah i think im going to put it all stock. It has a yoshi rs-3 pipe i wana shorty it cuz its so f***ing long haha and i want to get a power commander. I was thinking about doing a streetfighter but i know a few kids who have them and none of them have speedometers i think its stupid. i'm sure i could figure out how to mount it up but i like the way the bike looks so why change it.

I think you're making the right choice trying to keep your bike stock. The fairings and screen not only look better (imo), but also make a big difference in the wind. Then there's the speedometer thing, too. lol....

 

Yeah thats another thing i thought of 2 no windscreen on the highway has to suck. But hopefully il be gettin the parts within the next month.
