Well, the snow is falling and the Skidoo is ready to go so I decided to start tinkering with my 87 CBR1000f Hurricane. Started the basic winterization steps and notice I had a crack in LH cowl. It broke where one of the clips mount.
This morning I got online and went to my favorite online OEM Parts (www.babbittsonline.com) to see if the part is still in circulation.
To make a long story short, I came across this website and have spent the last 2 hours reading all the entrees, Downloaded a manual, and perused thru all the pics. I had to join and look forwardtoparticipating

I know the skidoo would be fun , but gee I still get cold here just thinking about it ..

Don't mind old Classic - he finally woke up early enough to beat me to the welcome mat !
We have a great crew down in the Hurricane section (and most other sections too)
and I see you've already had some value out of the site - good thing !
BTW if you need parts, you could try www.mrcycles.com for everything except fairings.
Come on down and meet the rest of the gang, very knowledgeable bunch they are too......
