Default New-ish F4i owner

Hey everyone, bought my first bike, a used 2006 F4i back in May sometime and have been riding almost everyday when its not raining (which it does quite a bit in Florida during summer). Ive been reading the forums for a bit now trying to find out stuff about the bikes and look at some mods people have done. I haven't added anything to the bike since I have had it besides tires, but it came with

-Full Yosh RS-3 system
-Flush mount turn signals, and a owner modified liscense plate section with an aftermarket taillight.
-A 1 1/2" to 3" lowering link set on 1 1/2" (the person i bought it from was on the shorter side)

If anyone is around the Daytona Beach/Ormond Beach area let me know, I'd love to get to know you.

Welcome to the CBRForum, paradox!
Plenty of f4i riders here, and tons of mods to look at, for sure...

You can also check out the regional section and see if there are some other riders in your area with some events or rides planned. There's usually something around.

If you get a chance, post up some pics of your bike, too. We always like pics!

Welcome aboard, and ride safe!

Keeping it lowered or raising it back up? Howdy and welcome aboard!

The girl I bought my F3 from was 5' 3" and I'm 5' 10" (according to me tho docs insist I'm 5' 11"). Think she had the same dogbone on but set to the 3". Felt like I could use my knees at stop lights

$20 stock dogbone and an hr got er back up to stock height

Yeah I'm putting it back to the stock height, actually just ordered a stock one off of ebay, still haven't decided if I want to try and sell the lowering one or keep it just in case i want to take it to the track lol.

Hey there GP, congrats on the new bike. Nice & clean. There's more F4i owners here that you can shake a stick at, so kick back, relax, and make yourself at home.
Welcome to CBRF
