Default new here! getting a cbr in a few weeks!

In early august I'm going to have cash for a bike. I have wanted to ride for a while and now I will finally be able to! And on a cbr which is one of my favorite bikes.

Anyways, I am getting my permit this week then taking the msg next time I can get off work! Have a few mods I'm thinking about already! Nothing crazy...just a slip on and some new levers and some sliders. Other than that I'm open to suggestions!

I plan to be careful and learn as much as I can! Thanks for your time!

Welcome to the forum. Great choice on the CBR. Make sure to take an MSF safety course before you start riding. It will teach you the basics you need to get a good foundation and not kill yourself or the new bike.

Make sure to post up some pictures of bike once you get it too!

Welcome aboard! Don't let that enthusiasm to get a bike make you overlook crucial details while shopping. Take your time & buy right! Good luck.

Take your time finding the right bike or you could end up with a money pit. I've spent more money putting my ride back on the road then what the bike is worth. A cbr is a sweet choice.
