Default New to the forum HELP WITH IDEAS FOR MY BIKE!!

Hey guys, I'm new to the forum. I bought a 2006 Honda CBR600RR about two weeks ago. The bike came with a Yoshimura exhaust and Power Commander III. Other then that it is pretty much stock. I added some red underbody LED lights to be seen at night. Help me with some ideas to make it more custom and stand out. ANY thoughts is helpful. Thanks

Welcome. You need to post up some pictures for us. Upgraded windshields are a popular mod.

Post some pictures...first and foremost, many riders do tend to focus on what to buy for the bike to make it look good or perform better. But don't forget about your body. Rider also have to look good too...with full protective gears, race boots, pants, jacket, gloves...etc.

Actually now that you mention it, I have a black Puig windshield also. I will post some pics as soon as they will let me. I think I am still "moderated".

I've got that covered lol. I bought a Shoei RF-1100 helemt (not sure the name or model of of) and a red, black and white Alpinestars textile jacket. Im using MX gloves for now until I buy some street ones. I will post pics of the bike and gear as soon as I am taken out of the "moderated" mode. Thanks for the info!

Welcome aboard cgrace986!

Congrats on getting your 600RR.

IMO, the best mods are those which increase performance, enhance safety, & help best utilize your riding abilities. To that, be sure your bike is tuned properly, check your brake pads & lines, & have your suspension set up for you & your riding style. After those & other basic maintenance checks are done, since its a new-to-you bike, then focus on cosmetics.

Glad you found us. Good to have you here.

Default bike looks cool

The bike and the gear look pretty good to me. I might add some frame sliders and make sure that everything mechanical/safety is up to spec. Lines, pads, tires. Other than that save your money and buy some track time. That is what I would do anyway.
