My insurance is $118 a month from Progressive. But that is FULL coverage with a $500 deductable. -Not bad considering im only 19.

 

hell naw that aint bad, my liability is 153 a year with progressive tho,

 

I think for liability only, it was going to be like $60 for me, but since i have a loan threw my bank for the bike, the make me carry full coverage.

 

Not too shabby at all. I was just curious because I'm 18 and my insurance company is throwing a fit right now after 6 months of being insured by them. (even with a perfect driving record since age 16 *knock on wood*)

 

See if you can switch to a different company. I have geico for my car, but the wanted more then DOUBLE of what Progressive wanted, and that would have been under my parents policy. So i just got my own policy with progressive. And remember you rates should drop when you turn 19. My car insurance dropped like $30 a month when i turned 19.

 

yeah about to turn 19 so my bike insurance is going to go up sadly enough lol but at least they'll insure me.

 

What insurance company do you have?

 

it's a local company from where I live in Cali. I tried progressive and some others and they're asking upward of like $2000 a year so I passed on those :P
