Default New to the bike world!

It is a privilege and honor to be part of this lifestyle/community. I have always wanted a motorcycle and now that I'm doing the things I have always wanted. People told me that if I'm going to buy something old and cheap, go Honda. Just bought a 1991 Honda CBR 600 for my first bike. It won't start, lol. That's actually a blessing because it gives me a chance to know about bikes as I take it apart and try to figure out what's wrong with. Hopefully I won't tear my hair out. That's why I'm here.

Welcome to the CBR Forum Rookie,

Hopefully you won't remain a rookie long and get to ride your CBR600. Start reading the relevant threads and post any questions you need. There's no such thing as a 'wrong' question, so don't be shy. We're here to help and get you and your bike on the road for as many trouble free miles as possible.

First of all either buy, of find online a manual for the bike. It always helps having the info at your fingertips.

Best of luck.

Cheers, SB
