Default A little FYI when just starting out

I thought I would put this out there for some of you guys and gals who are riding into their firstcold weather season. There are a few things that youcan dothat couldprevent a preventable accident such as:
1. SLOW DOWN!! Especially when in the corners! Your tires will not be warming up like they do in the summer which means they will not stick to the asphalt was well.
2. Check your tire pressure frequently!! With the temps getting lower and lower on a daily basis, your tire pressure will change almost as quickly.
3. WATCH OUT FOR LARGE PILES LEAVES!!! They are slicker than snot when riding over them at high speeds or while braking.

Take care of yourselves out there and be careful in these coming cold days.
