I just bought this 97 F3, it has 21,000 miles on it. The only scratches are on the stator cover which i think is a somewhat cheap and easy fix. the very few scratches that are close to the bottom of the bike in the black paint right next to the stator cover, and they look like they will buff out no problem. other than that, there are no scratches. i paid $3,050 for it. i think i got a good deal! The bike has an erion exhaust, and a 900rr front end. It also has a 520RK chain, and a Vortex sprocket kit (-1, +3). is that a good sprocket and chain? it also came with a hindle race stand, and an aluminum ramp and a nice matching helmet. i am planning on putting a integrated clear LED tail light on it, i found one at flyncycle.com. its $85. or does anyone have any other ideas? i think i will need to replace the tires for this bike after this season, how much should i expect to pay for tires? thanks for all the help. let me know what you think!

 

Looks nice! I just bought a 97 F3 about 3 weeks ago toofor $3000 but it only had a slip on and jet kit. And its also all red, which kinda sucks but atleast its has very few scratches and stuff. I don't know much about stuff for motorcycles yet so I can't help you there, but I love the way yours looks.
