Default intro and questions

hi, my name is kameron. i bought a 95 900rr as my first bike. it was a stunt bike so i got it cheap. so far i have not had any issues until now. i let somebody ride it and it started fine rode fine... until the tried to start it back up at the gas station. when he put the key in and turned it nothing happened. it seems that there is no power running at all. if anybody has any suggestions on what i can check to fix it all are welcome. i need to fix this asap and cheap. money is tight and in 3 weeks i will stand discharged from the corps and will be riding home from sc to ca.

Welcome to the forum and congrats on the bike!

When you say "nothing," do you mean no power to the dash on anything? If so, check your battery and cable connections. After that, check your main fuse.

If you have some power, let us know what happens in better detail.
Good luck with it...

All battery terminals are connected. I get no power to the dash and the bike makes no effort to turn over

Welcome to the CBR Forum Kameron,

If the battery is good - and check that it can be charged, next as Demon says, is the main fuse. There should be a downloadable manual for the 900 on the site.

Cheers, SB
