im new and i help fixing my bike f3 1998

so i got a new cbr600 f3 but half the parts are missing so i was hoping if theres any people that can help guy out cayse u already want to ride

i so confuse i want to add some faring from a f4 but how do i know it will fit plus how do i change the gauges and
