I ride it almost daily since I got it about 2 weeks ago with only 8340 miles on it and in near perfect shape.
My only issues thus far are hand grips that allow numbness in my hands after 30 minutes; my own carelessness that let it tip over in a parking lot chipping the paint; and a bit of brake squeak in the first few minutes of riding.

I'm about to try a pair of Grip Puppy covers and see if that corrects the hand issue.

I have wanted this bike since it debuted at my local Honda dealer, But I could not afford one at the time being 19 and trying to put myself through college. I think its sweeter owning it now.

little update...grip puppies work great to fix that hand numbing issue. Now have 9000 miles on it only putting 5 miles a day on it.
Took it to a car show...got some looks. Only bike that wasn't a Harley or a 3 wheeled deal.
Found a deal on a black and red 1000 close to me that makes me want to get it.

How many bikes is too many?

EDIT....added photo that local newspaper covering the event posted online

That's simple , when you start putting the bikes in the kids bedroom

That’s a nice early bike in classic Honda colours, the original mirrors are now super-rare, you bought well!

Great! NO KIDS so that means I can fill up until I get to my room!! Not too far off the truth actually. When winter hits and I'm not riding every day, the bikes will go to the kitchen at my project house to stay warm until spring. Then I will likely remodel the kitchen next summer.

Thank you. I didn't realize that about the mirrors. I couldn't believe that it was on the market so long at the price I got it for. Well, I do really....it was waiting for me.
