Default Howdy

i posted this in the 600RR forum, but figured i'd tell ya'll what bad@$$ bikes you 1000RR owners had:
I've got an '03 black 600RR. Its my first bike. I've had it little over a year.. bought it right before the gorgeous candy blue '04s came out. & now the black trible '05s! SHEESH!
I would say i love it... i do.. but i rode a friend's '05 1000RR the other day [>:] And now i've got to have that!
I've been struggling with first gear wheelies on my 600.. was scared of 'popping the clutch' - but i was briefly taught how the other day & i think i just don't have big enough hands?
But the 1000....... Wheelies (1st gear) soooooooooooo smooth & easy! & (of course) SO much quicker.
I haven't topped out my 600.. the fastest i've taken it was 144 & i was barely hanging on! But most of my friends have litter bikes (they're boys!) & although i must admit -& have been told- i do a dang good job of keeping up... a 1000 would make life so much easier!
But until i win the lotto my 600 will do just fine.
I've finally chopped the bulky plate rack in the back. I designed a 'hide-away license plate' hinge that i kick up when *shhhhh* running the tollbooths. [sm=devilangel.gif] I've got blue neons underneathe & am about to have a blue LED "knight rider" light put in the front between the windsheild & speed-o-meter.
Bye 4 Now
