Hello all! Just picked up a nice looking 96 1000f. I love this bike, 15k miles and never droped. All stock except for 2 bros slipon. My fist sportbike 15 years ago was the original 87 600 hurricane. This reminds me of it so much, and thats good. I've had this bike for less than a week and i,ve already ordered progressive fork springs and will get a new chain/sprokets next week. Then next spring the jet kit and full exhaust................more on that later as it comes. Any hoo...I do have a question for those who may know. Is there an aftermarket shock out there for this thing? I saw fox did, but now does not. Is there another model that will bolt up on this bike? Not that there's anything wrong with the stock one, but for future referance, it would be nice to have the option. Whew! Ok. All done. Glad to be a part of the community! Tootles for now. Ed
