Default Howdy

Finally bought my first motorcycle, a 1994 CBR600F2.
Came close to buying a bike many times before but always concluded a car was more practical.
Not this time though, I shut off that voice and bought a bike.

I've joined this forum with the intention of seeking help in the future for DIY-able work on my bike, as I am essentially too poor to keep up with dealership/shop prices, and always enjoy learning about things, and doing those things.

I look forward to thanking you all for your help.

Thanks for all the welcomes.

First orders of business is figuring out what positions of the petcock do what. It points down, forward, and up, which I presume to be on, off, reserve, respectively. But I'd like to know for sure. I didn't see that in the manual.
I don't think this tiny noobie question deserves it's own thread elsewhere, so pardon me.
