Thanks guys. I appreciate it. Pics?...well, yes of course! ;D However, I'll wait & post 'em up as part of my F4i tail conversion project report.
Speaking of which, I semi-completed it this weekend.
I took some pics as progress was made but I'm entirely too tired tonight to download 'em & post 'em up. I'll try to have 'em up tomorrow.

Thanks again. I posted a pic of my "completed" F4 to F4i split-seat conversion in the F4 section. At some point, fresh tail paint will be order. But, for now, I'm going to enjoy it like it is.
Although I rode the bike for yrs w/ the banana seat, I'd wanted to do the split-seat for the twisties & track. I've done many track days w/ this bike w/ the original tail. However, I always felt like I couldn't quite get off the wide seat like I needed to in the turns.
Anyway, I've ridden the bike twice since doing the conversion, & I couldn't be happier.
