Smile Hi - F4i owner from the UK

Hi folks,

I'm a 2001 CBR600 F4i owner from the UK.

I've been riding for nearly 20 years and have owned various road/sports bikes in that time including Hondas, Suzukis, a Yamaha and a Kawasaki with various displacements - including 600, 750 and 1000 cc bikes.

I do my own maintenance and have picked up some technical knowledge and experience along the way which hopefully I can share with you - as well as getting some advice in return.

Also from U.K. & new to the forum. I got a 2002 f4i a couple of weeks ago. I wanted something reliable as my other bike is a rgv250. It's nice to have a good solid bike now, that I know won't have things drop off it or break every time I ride it. Really impressed with my cbr. Comfortable & quick. Love it!!

Yeah - the F4i is a superb bike and very well put together - I've heard that a lot of stunt riders learning their trade choose the F4i over GSXR's etc because they say the F4i is built like a tank and can survive the drops and abuse.

Thanks. Just got home from a ride out. So different from a 2stroke. Usable power throughout the rev range, instead of a peaky, narrow power band. The speed is so addictive. Man what a buzz!!
